MERITON SWITCHGEARS PRIVATE LIMITED

Industrial Panel Boards

We are Specialised  in manufacturing of

MV Panel

A medium voltage switchgear is a set of electrical equipment enclosed in a predominantly metal structure. This centralized set includes a variety of switches, transformers, fuses and circuit breakers. Electrical panels are used to better protect, control and separate electrical equipment from each other

MCC Panel

MCC Panel (Motor Control Center) that is a device used to control and actualize the performance of an electric motor. These MCC Panels are offered in a wide variety such as compartmentalized with ACB, MCCB, SFU, DOL, ATS, Star Delta Starters & VFD STARTERS.

PMCC Panel

Our range of Power Cum Motor Control Centre (PMCC) is used to distribute the power through the panels. It is then distributed to the different motor loads located at various parts of the factory system.

Auto/Manual Synchronising Load Sharing Panel

A load sharing system will continuously adjust the engine speed settings to avoid fluctuations in the average power that is generated. The gen-sets are bundled as if they were one by synchronizing the electrical output torque. This way they will behave as if they are mechanically tied together.

PCC Panel

Auto Main Failure Panel to restore power during power failures and are installed in between the generators and main power supply. When the main supply failure occurs, the panel disconnects the main from the load, activates the generator and shifts load to generator output

PDB Panel

Power Distribution Board is used for electrical Power Distribution. In this ACB, MCCB, SDF, MCB etc are the main equipments. This receives supply from PCC. Power Distribution Board offers Isolation and Short Circuit as basic protections. Other Protections like over current, Earth Fault, Earth Leakage etc are offered on case to case basis.

APFC Panel

APFC is an automatic power factor control panel which is used to improve the power factor, whenever required, by switching ON and OFF the required capacitor bank units automatically.

AMF Panel

Auto Main Failure Panel to restore power during power failures and are installed in between the generators and main power supply. When the main supply failure occurs, the panel disconnects the main from the load, activates the generator and shifts load to generator output.

Fire Panel | Fire Alarm Panel

An alarm control panel is the central hub of a security set up. All of a user's security devices will connect with the control panel to alert the user when they are activated. An alarm control panel can also be used to activate any home automation

SSB Panel

APFC is an automatic power factor control panel which is used to improve the power factor, whenever required, by switching ON and OFF the required capacitor bank units automatically.

LT Panel for solar power plant.

LT Panel is an electrical distribution board that receives power from an solar panels and distributes the same to various electronic devices and distribution boards

LT Panel

Main LT panels are considered the heart of the electrical supply system in any installed network of electrical distribution. The secondary side of transformer is connected to the incomer of the Main L.T Panel.

Instrumental Panel

Instrumentation Contro Panels are designed to monitor and control levels such as temperature flow, current and pressure from the field instruments that are connected to it.

Feeder Pillar Panel (Outdoor)

A feeder pillar, also known as a power box, a distribution pillar, or a feeder pillar box, is a container that is used to- house electrical equipment's. It acts as a central course that controls and distributes electricity to outgoing circuits.

Meter Board

Multi Meter Bus Bar Panel Pre drilled in each corner for fixings. Fire Resistant. Used for mounting electric meters and consumer units. Various sizes available.

Cable Tray & Accessories

Cable trays are mechanical support systems that provide a rigid structural system for electrical cables, raceways, and insulated conductors used for electric power distribution, control, signal instrumentation, and communication.

Bus Ducts & Rising Mains

Bus duct is used in commercial and industrial settings to conduct electricity to power cables or cable bus. Structurally, a bus duct is a sheet metal duct containing either aluminum or copper busbars (metallic strips or bars that conduct a substantial electrical current) in a grounded metal enclosure.
